DENOUNCE THE MURDER OF MOHAMED IBRAHIM IN ADDIS ABEBA
Mohamed Ibrahim, a devout Muslim and the father of seven children, was arrested in Addis Abeba by the security police 29 days ago and taken to the notorious Ma’ekelawi (central) prison. Once there he was accused of being a terrorist under the sweeping anti-terror law (already used to jail journalists), beaten brutally, tortured in the usual cruel way of the Addis Abeba regime.
Mohamed Ibrahim has now died from the torture and brutal beatings he received for the past month and he is already buried. His only crime was his participation in peaceful demonstrations of Muslims demanding their inalienable civil and human right.
SOCEPP send its condolences to his family and strongly condemns the repressive regime in Addis Abeba for having murdered yet another innocent Ethiopia, SOCEPP calls on those who are financing and supporting this inhumane regime to call for the cessation of the crude violation of human rights in Ethiopia.

The more desperate Woyane becomes, the more it will take desperate actions like killing, torturing and abusing Ethiopians. I greatly sympathize with the family, children and friends with their loss of Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim. Where would the children get another father who will support them financially and emotionally. It is a great loss. The Woyanes are angry that they are unwanted and have no hope to capture the hearts and minds of Ethiopians, therefore, if they keep killing, the Woyanes think, they will have less people to hate them. I guess this is the logic of anti-social and psychopath thinking. I hope their end come soon to stop such kind of killings.
Thank you Martha, you said it all that is needed to be said about those inhuman woyanes; I just want to stress on the timing in which both the subjective and objective condition met never been perfect like the one we have now for Ethioians to rise up and take control of their country, put away the woyanes, and their loyalists inside and outside of Ethiopia for once and for all. Let us use this time wisely, and effectively to make the woyanes, all enemies of ethiopia and ethiopians “their end come soon to stop such kind of killings.” Let’s have courage, dignity, and truth to oneself, and help EPRP for the struggle against our enemies to be fruitful, and see it achieved in our time.
